My daughter LOVED the ergo! We used it so much more for trips to the market, walking the beach... Then i learned about http://www.meitaibaby.com/ and http://www.pognaeusa.com/?utm_source=DS&utm_medium=all&utm_campaign=AFDS&utm_nooverride=1
Both of which i would have loved to have used/tried.Katherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02946957726901604763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2018096084164818397.post-35316761033886190952011-12-06T10:21:09.681-08:002011-12-06T10:21:09.681-08:00Our little squirt is 21 months along and just toda...Our little squirt is 21 months along and just today I started working on our registries. We're not buying it. And since it was free, I'm not going to register for another one. If we hate the Bjorn, we'll deal with it later. I have a feeling I'll use the Moby more, anyway.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03061987781861844355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2018096084164818397.post-89222426216452275432011-12-05T12:53:41.184-08:002011-12-05T12:53:41.184-08:00Have you ever used a baby bjorn carrier? Plus, it doesn't support the baby very well, especially if he falls asleep in it. I highly recommend an Ergo carrier, a Mei Tai, an Onbuhimo, a ring sling, etc. :-)

The only thing I don't like about your stroller choice is that it has a TINY basket. Taking that stroller to the mall and trying to stow any purchases would be complicated it seems. Maybe it's just the picture though! Other than that (and the fact that it doesn't have cup holders for parent(s) or baby, I think it is so cool looking!!! :-)

xo,
AAngelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05363936268951050838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2018096084164818397.post-5209937733113620262011-12-05T09:00:42.680-08:002011-12-05T09:00:42.680-08:00Carter grew out of his infant carseat around 1, an...Carter grew out of his infant carseat around 1, and I agree, it is so much more convenient to be able to pop them out of the car (sleeping) in their car seat. I think I shed a tear when we had to install the big boy car seat because I knew we were going to be able to do that. It's such a pain to have to wake him to put him in the stroller every time he falls asleep in the car (which is all the time).Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06422603807183544866noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2018096084164818397.post-79854214261821393112011-12-05T05:19:33.068-08:002011-12-05T05:19:33.068-08:00I like your list! The base is not difficult to install with the LATCH system, and we rarely move it anyway. If it ends up being an added expense for you, I wouldn't worry about that one!
I would also say that you shouldn't get too hooked on the idea of using any of your gear the way you thought you would. I had major guilt about my purchases for Oliver, because sometimes things just aren't as useful as I imagined they would be. With Maya, I just figure that if she's happy and I'm happy, so be it. We can always give away our purchases to someone else or resell them!
Oh, and my babies were out of the infant car seat (22 pound limit) at 5 months and 7 months, but I have big babies. :)Erikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03802859897922494591noreply@blogger.com
