These went out much later than usual this year, but I had way too much on my plate and I feel lucky they went out at all!
Without further ado...

Message reads: And I think to myself what a wonderful world.
Inside - yes, the dogs make the card every year.
Back - ultra sound picture with a little announcement! I hope people actually look at the back...

Back of the envelope
Since we got our 50 cards for free from Shutterfly, I decided to splurge on red envelopes. I make the wrap around labels myself using full page label paper and my paper cutter. We could have used more than 50 cards, but when I was ordering my husband said not to, so I didn't. I won't be listening to him next year!
I'm really happy with how they turned out!
Oh, and as a side note, even though we celebrate Christmas, I always like our cards to say Happy Holidays because we send them to a few people who aren't Christian and I know I would feel kind of weird getting a Hanukkah or Kwanzaa card in the mail.

Love the card and actually, I didn't see the back until a few days after I got the card... thanks for the happy holidays (and not Merry Xmas)!!
XoXo, Angie
I get the whole happy holidays thing, but I had a Jewish person tell me the other day that she appreciated the fact that I told her Merry Christmas and didn't tiptoe around the fact that she's Jewish (I didn't know she was Jewish since she was one of my customers at Old Navy until she said she was Jewish. I then noticed her star of David necklace. Oops.) I asked her why she was glad I told her Merry Christmas and not Happy Hanukkah. She said it's because I celebrate Christmas. She then wished me a Happy Hanukkah and a blessed new year. I love people like her! She's so comfortable in her own skin and in her own beliefs that she's not so easily offended. :-) More people should be like her. After that encounter, I know I'm just a little bit more like her.
