WTF Tuesday: Rompers

I've decided to start a weekly post about things I just don't get. This week's selection is the now trendy piece of clothing known as the romper. With some calling it a onsie (yes, like what an infant wears), the romper is typically a one piece shorts/shirt combo that young ladies wear with heels, wedges, or another one of my favorites: gladiator sandals.

They're everywhere and honestly? I just don't get it. Why on earth would a grown woman want to wear anything that a newborn baby wears? I get that they're comfortable and easy to throw on, but so are footie pajamas and you don't see people walking around outside in those.

If you're ever a guest on The Ellen Show, you can wear footie pajamas in public. Other than that, only in the privacy of your own home, please.
